Conditions/Reasons For Refusal:
|| The development described above is NOT Lawful on the basis of the plans/drawings listed below, received by the Council on the 23rd February 2022 as it does not comply with the restrictions, limitations and criteria of permitted development as defined by Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). In particular (i) Based on the submitted drawings, the proposal would include a section which meets the definition of a verandah extending from an elevation of the proposed outbuilding at ground level; and (ii) based on the submitted plans part of the proposed building would be on land that is within the curtilage of a listed building (Lymm Hall).
